The M16 series 22 kW high-power bidirectional on-board charger developed and produced by Dilong New Energy Technology Hebei Co. Ltd. is compatible with the world's major charging standards IEC 61851, DIN SPEC 70121, ISO 15118 and GB/t 18487-2015, and has the following unique advantages.

Dilong M16 series bidirectional on-board charger supports single-phase and three-phase AC input, the maximum input power can reach 22 kW, and the high-voltage output range is 200V-850VDC. It is compatible with the power grids of China, Europe and the United States, can automatically identify and adapt to the charging voltage of the battery pack of electric vehicles, and is completely isolated from the low-voltage power supply. It has an IP67 waterproof rating, charging gun temperature detection, high-temperature alarm and shutdown functions, and works safely and reliably.

It has the function of bidirectional power conversion, and can be applied to V2G, V2L, V2H, V2V and other application scenarios. With dual CAN communication, multiple computers can be connected in parallel to realize power level expansion; With active power factor correction function, power factor ≥ 0.99; The DC charging control function is integrated internally, which has the functions of input and output over-voltage protection, output over-current protection, short circuit protection, reverse connection protection, over-temperature protection and communication fault protection.

The bidirectional on-board charger is designed with high-efficiency liquid cooling, the conversion efficiency is as high as 96%, and the output waveform is pure sine wave, which is compatible with three mainstream charging modes in the world. Compared with the traditional one-way on-board charger, Dilong 22kW bidirectional on-board charger has a higher degree of intelligence and stronger interoperability, which can realize the transmission of electric energy from electric vehicles to the power grid, the transmission of electric energy from electric vehicles to loads, the supply of electricity from electric vehicles to families and the charging from vehicle to vehicle.
